  4. These are the first frames shot with a 1954 Rolleiflex 3.5F that I received for my birthday last year, using Kodak 400VC film. I’ve now got some Ilford HP5 black & white film loaded and will be developing that at home.

    I’m enjoying shooting with this thing - it suits my cautious picture-making style better than digital. It forces me to think more about each frame, instead of just shooting the crap out of things and hoping something comes out. We’ll see how far I can develop my craftsmanship, no pun intended.
